— Integrity

Doing the Right Thing, Especially When It Is Hard

Integrity standards guiding every Millwonder dataset, decision and business relationship.

OUR COMMITMENT

Integrity means our words, decisions and actions remain aligned—even when no one is watching.

It is the foundation of trust with clients, contributors, colleagues, partners and communities.

IN PRACTICE

Five commitments we make

01

Tell the truth

We communicate capabilities, limitations, progress and problems accurately. We do not hide inconvenient facts.

02

Keep our promises

We make realistic commitments, take ownership and communicate early when circumstances change.

03

Protect trust

We safeguard confidential information, personal data, intellectual property and access entrusted to us.

04

Respect people

We treat people fairly, listen to different perspectives and recognise the human impact of technology.

05

Choose the responsible path

We refuse improper advantage and pause work when legality, safety, fairness or consent is in doubt.

THE INTEGRITY TEST

Before you decide, ask:

  1. 01

Is it legal and consistent with our policies?

  2. 02

Is it fair to the people affected?

  3. 03

Can I explain it honestly to a client or colleague?

  4. 04

Would I be comfortable if the decision became public?

  5. 05

Have I asked for advice where the answer is unclear?

EVERYDAY INTEGRITY

Standards at moments that matter

A deadline is at risk

Raise it early, explain the evidence and propose a credible recovery plan. Never conceal quality issues.

A client asks for restricted data

Pause, verify authority and involve privacy or legal specialists before sharing or processing anything.

A model performs inconsistently

Describe limitations precisely, investigate affected groups and add controls before expanding use.

A partner offers a personal benefit

Decline or disclose it where it could influence—or appear to influence—a business decision.

NEED GUIDANCE?

Speaking up protects trust.

Ask a manager or contact the ethics team. Good-faith questions and reports are protected from retaliation.
