This page is written to describe Millwonder’s current practices and legal position clearly. It should be read with any contract that applies to a specific service or project.
1. Acceptance and operator
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms. “Millwonder” refers to the Millwonder entity operating the website or identified in a separate service agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These website terms do not replace a signed client, supplier, contributor or employment agreement.
2. Permitted use
You may view, download and print public pages for legitimate personal or business evaluation. You must not use the site unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; scrape at a rate that burdens the service; misrepresent affiliation; or use content to infringe rights.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, design, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Millwonder and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to access the site under these Terms. Millwonder and product names may be protected marks.
4. Enquiries and no obligation
Sending an email does not create a contract, confidential relationship, agency or obligation to provide services. Do not send trade secrets or regulated data before an authorised representative confirms appropriate safeguards. A service relationship begins only under an executed agreement or other express written acceptance.
5. Third-party services and links
Third-party sites and tools are provided for convenience. Millwonder does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Access is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep corporate information accurate but do not promise that content is complete, current or error-free. The site and public materials are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or withdraw content without notice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Millwonder excludes implied warranties and liability arising from reliance on public website content, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss.
8. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the site, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer or other mandatory law.
9. Governing law and disputes
A signed agreement governs disputes relating to paid services. For website-only disputes, the law and competent courts of the operating Millwonder entity apply, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence. Contact legal@millwonder.com before commencing proceedings so the parties can seek an efficient resolution.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions should be sent to legal@millwonder.com.
