02 · Management discussion

Business performance

Revenue growth reflected increased demand for multilingual data programmes, model evaluation and intelligent workflow deployments. Gross margin improved as programme utilisation and platform-assisted quality controls increased. Operating expenses grew at a lower rate than revenue while the company continued investment in product, security and global delivery capacity.

Management continues to balance near-term execution with investment in platform capability, contributor experience, security and responsible AI. Results may vary between periods due to the size and timing of client programmes, utilisation, geographic mix and the stage of software deployments.

Our objective is durable growth built on trusted delivery, measurable quality and responsible innovation.
